The grounds are absolutely lovely and rustic, filled with beautiful art and colorful flowers. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious Lebanese breakfast and took in the stunning garden views from my room's balcony. The vibrant ambiance paired with excellent service made every interaction a delight.

hob house has fantastic service and delicious food. the standard double room was super comfortable and the beautiful garden area was perfect for relaxing. it’s also conveniently located for easy access to the un agencies and westlands. i loved how accommodating the staff were, especially the way they made breakfast for us ahead of time!

the noise from the restaurant can get loud at times, especially if ur tryin to focus or have a meeting. i found a smelly towel in my room, but luckily the big one was clean.
